Like many best friends, we dreamed of starting our families at the same time so that our kids could be best friends…we would call it an “arranged friendship” 🙂  For us, the timing was right in both of our lives to start trying at the same time. Neither of us expected it to take as long as it did to actually become pregnant (more on that in future posts!), but it did…and now, looking back, the timing was perfect for the both of us.

Bryceleigh was the first to be pregnant, followed by Brooke 8 months later. Going through all of those experiences (becoming pregnant, being pregnant, and giving birth) together was the best! It was so nice to be able to share in the physical and emotional ups-and-downs and to talk about all of the not so glamorous moments of pregnancy together…because let’s face it, sometimes guys just don’t get it!

What made it even better is that we both had boys (they are 7 months apart) who will be in the same grade in school…we couldn’t be happier that they will grow up being the best of friends!

|| All About Kipton ||

Kipton was born on October 20, 2015. At 12 months old, he is on the go and into everything. There’s little he is not interested in or doesn’t want to explore! Kip has the sweetest personality and is always smiling and happy. He has learned how to wave and waves to everyone he sees! The biggest struggle so far has been his sleeping, but we’re working on that!

Kip’s Favorites
Activities: Looking out the door, petting the dog, turning on & off lights, riding behind the bike, playing with the vacuum cleaner, and reading books!
Toys: Activity tables, push walkers, books that sing and make music
Foods: Avocado, chicken, bananas, & sweet potatoes

Camden was born on May 14, 2016. Cam is 5 months old now and loves people, playing with toys, blowing bubbles, talking, rolling, songs, and silly sounds.  He is a very happy baby with the sweetest personality. He sleeps through the night, but occasionally needs his binkie put back in his mouth.  Camden looks just like his daddy!

Cam’s Favorites
Activities: tummy time, watching the puppies, putting everything in his mouth, going on walks, and being outside!
